Updates Regarding COVID-19
In order to do our part in protecting our community, we have updated our Covid-19 visit protocol. Please review prior to your visit to ensure we each do our part!
1. We request that if you are feeling ill or have any symptoms associated with COVID-19, please remain at home and do not bring your pet in. We suggest you download our telemedicine app and set up a video conference instead.
2. We are allowing one (1) pet parent in with doctor exams. We request you wear a mask, regardless of vaccination. An employee will walk you from your car to the exam room once it is time for your appointment. You will either check out in the room or with a client service representative up front. If you would like to stay in your car for the exam, please let us know and we will facilitate that.
3. When you arrive for your appointment, please text the clinic at 206-202-0106 to advise us of your name and parking location. If within 5 minutes you have not been greeted, please call our main line at 206-932-1133. When you get to the phone tree, press 2 for the check-in line. Please remain in your vehicle and a friendly staff member will be out momentarily to get your pet.
4. Please remain on-site in your vehicle during procedure check-ins, tech appointments, and non-anesthetic dental cleanings. This ensures staff members will be able to get any questions answered quickly to reduce the stress to your pet. Please also remain on-site if you choose to stay in your vehicle during a doctor exam.
We appreciate your understanding as we strive to offer you high-quality service while minimizing potential health risks. We are closely monitoring the guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and local authorities regarding the spread of Coronavirus to ensure that the actions we are taking are comprehensive and appropriate.
